About The Position

Provide guest services in a dynamic restaurant and bar setting, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all patrons. Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with attention to detail and hospitality. Prepare and serve alcoholic drinks while verifying identification. Maintain cleanliness of glasses, utensils, salad bar, and bar equipment. Assist with food preparation, portioning, and inventory control to support menu offerings. Support dishwashing and bussing activities to ensure smooth operations. Uphold the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant environment. Perform other duties as needed to contribute to overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Commitment to total guest experience and satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Positive interaction with the public essential to success
  • Candidates may be required to pass a medical exam.
  • Candidates must pass all required training and/or testing.
  • Employees may be required to work a non-standard schedule, which may include shift work (other than day shift) at a 24/7, 365-day operation.
