Meraki Wireless Engineer
About The Position
This role involves providing advanced technical support for Meraki solutions, diagnosing and resolving network incidents across client environments. The engineer will also be responsible for understanding RF Optimization and 802.11 standards, collaborating with Tier 1 support as an escalation point, and proactively engaging with clients to ensure high satisfaction. Additionally, the position requires identifying and implementing network improvements using Meraki features and maintaining accurate documentation of client networks, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki products, including dashboards, switches, and access points.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, capable of diagnosing complex network issues.
- Skilled in client interactions and communicating technical solutions in a clear and approachable manner.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment, mentoring and supporting junior engineers.
Nice To Haves
- Meraki certification preferred.
