Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum 10 years related experience including all phases of multimillion-dollar construction, interior renovations, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, and infrastructure projects.
OSHA 30 Required.

Nice To Haves

Hospital Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the day-to-day construction to replace all windows with new, more energy efficient windows.
Oversee abatement of hazardous material adjacent to the windows.
Manage restoration of masonry lintels.
Manage restoration/repairs of interior disturbed surfaces.
Carefully phase and schedule work to take advantage of unprogrammed rooms within the occupied building.
Lead all functions of construction project management including planning, designing, processing, managing staff, supervising sub-contractors, budgeting, scheduling, progress reporting, and timely completion of projects without compromising quality & safety.
