About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to support a large-scale multifamily / mixed-use project in South Miami. This role is responsible for driving system coordination, ensuring above-ceiling readiness, and maintaining schedule-critical milestones across all MEP scopes.

Requirements

• Strong field leadership experience in MEP coordination on vertical construction projects
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, low-voltage, and commissioning processes
• Ability to align MEP activities with structural, framing, and interior sequencing
• Strong communication skills with project teams, inspectors, and subcontractors

Nice To Haves

• Experience with mixed-use or commercial systems preferred
• Florida experience preferred
• bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead field coordination of MEP systems including rough-in, above-ceiling work, equipment setting, startup, testing, and final acceptance
• Coordinate closely with MEP trades, structural and architectural teams to minimize clashes and rework
• Oversee inspections, code compliance, life-safety readiness, and closeout documentation
• Identify procurement risks, sequencing gaps, and schedule threats proactively
• Enforce subcontractor accountability for manpower, schedule, and quality standards
