Provides support to the Region Commercial Sales Teams and customers as it relates to menu changes, creations, renewals, and the process of the overall menu project. Assists Gordon Food Service in providing the highest level of service, quality and integrity to external and internal customers. Responsible for working directly with a customer to build a professional, first class menu in concert with the customer's brand through teamwork, knowledge and professionalism.
