About The Position
Willow Valley Communities (WVC) is seeking a Full-Time Menu Dining Server to join their Supportive Living team. This role focuses on creating warm, memorable dining experiences for residents, where each meal is seen as an opportunity for connection, comfort, and community. The position is a permanent, year-round role, not seasonal. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, thrive in a team setting, and aim to make a meaningful impact daily.

- No experience necessary; training is provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, attentive service in a menu-style dining room
- Guide Residents through menu selections, daily specials, and dietary needs
- Take and enter food and beverage orders into the system
- Serve meals in courses with professionalism and care
- Observe and respond to Resident needs throughout the dining experience
- Assist with table service, clearing, and resetting
- Support food prep, pantry stocking, and side work as needed
- Help with room service trays, special events, and banquets
- Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas
