About The Position

Willow Valley Communities (WVC) is seeking a Part-Time Menu Dining Server to join their Supportive Living team. This role focuses on creating warm, memorable dining experiences for residents, emphasizing connection, comfort, and community. The position is a permanent, year-round role, not seasonal. The server will deliver friendly, attentive service in a menu-style dining room, guide residents through menu selections, take and enter orders, serve meals, and respond to resident needs. Responsibilities also include assisting with table service, clearing and resetting tables, supporting food preparation and stocking, and helping with room service, special events, and banquets. Maintaining clean and organized dining and service areas is also key. WVC highlights its supportive culture and commitment to team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive service in a menu-style dining room
• Guide Residents through menu selections, daily specials, and dietary needs
• Take and enter food and beverage orders into the system
• Serve meals in courses with professionalism and care
• Observe and respond to Resident needs throughout the dining experience
• Assist with table service, clearing, and resetting
• Support food prep, pantry stocking, and side work as needed
• Help with room service trays, special events, and banquets
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas
