The Mentor Teacher Supervisor provides instructional leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance management for classroom teaching staff. This position is responsible for building educator capacity through reflective supervision, job-embedded coaching, data-driven instructional support, and professional development to ensure the consistent implementation of high-quality teaching practices that improve child outcomes. The Mentor Teacher Supervisor partners with teachers, families, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure children receive individualized, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences. The position also assists with coordination of services for children with disabilities, developmental concerns, and social-emotional or mental health needs while ensuring compliance with Educare of Omaha standards, Head Start Performance Standards, Sixpence requirements, Nebraska licensing regulations, and accreditation expectations. Success in this role is measured by improvements in instructional quality, staff development, classroom outcomes, school readiness, compliance, and the effectiveness of coaching relationships.
