About The Position
The Learning Experience in Meridian, ID is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Education Teacher to join their team. This full-time role involves implementing play-based learning activities to support children's social, emotional, and early academic development within a structured and nurturing environment. The teacher will maintain classroom routines, ensure safety, foster engagement, and build strong relationships with children and families. Collaboration with the teaching team and leadership is also a key aspect of the position. The Learning Experience focuses on making early education joyful and engaging, utilizing a curriculum that covers six stages of early childhood development and incorporates hands-on activities. The curriculum uses unique characters to bring learning to life through fun and imagination.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Meets Idaho licensing requirements
Nice To Haves
- Experience in preschool, daycare, or childcare preferred
- ECE or CDA coursework a plus
- Knowledge of child development and classroom best practices
