The Site Director leads one Ezekiel Ministries Group Mentoring Site that meets after school, ensuring a safe, joyful, and Christ-centered environment where children grow in faith, identity, relationships and empowerment. The site director will have a portfolio of mentors and volunteers to engage and coach to ensure that both the 1:1 and group mentoring components of the site are thriving. This salaried team lead role oversees all aspects of a Group Mentoring Site—its people, program quality, and community relationships. The Site Director leads by equipping and empowering others to carry out the daily work of ministry, ensuring program excellence through coaching, accountability, and clear systems rather than direct execution. The site director leads the creation, implementation and growth of the network of mentoring relationships for every child in the cohort. The role manages staff and volunteers, engages families and partners, and ensures alignment with Ezekiel’s mission. Has authority to hire, evaluate, and, when needed, dismiss site staff and volunteers in coordination with the Program Director and HR.
