About The Position
Duxbury Public Schools is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Mentor Coordinator for the 2026 – 2027 school year. There are four (4) positions, one for each school in the District. This is a one-year appointment.
Requirements
- Professional status
- Must be able to attend the District Mentor Training on August 25, 2026 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (if training is necessary)
Responsibilities
- Attend New Teacher Breakfast on 8/26/2026
- Facilitate and develop schedule and agenda for before and after school, building based, monthly Mentor meetings
- Meet periodically with building administrative liaison to Mentor program
- Serve as contact person for Mentors/Mentees
- Complete other Mentor/Mentee related administrative tasks
- Attend EOY Colloquium in June 2027
Benefits
- Stipend of $1000 will be paid upon completion of the program at the end of the school year
