About The Position

Duxbury Public Schools is seeking exceptional candidates for the following positions for the 2026-2027 school year: K-12 Art Coordinator, K-12 Wellness Coordinator, Early Childhood Coordinator, Nurse Leader. These are one-year appointment stipend positions. Candidates must be currently employed by Duxbury Public Schools with professional status. The Coordinator's position reports to the Building Administration and Assistant Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate monthly department meetings
• Facilitate discussion and development of K-12 scope and sequence as applicable
• Facilitate discussion of a vision and programmatic goals for the department
• Facilitate discussion of professional development for the department
• Facilitate discussion of scheduling and staffing needs with building administrators
• Facilitate budget development with building administrators
• Liaison with the K-12 subject and elementary curriculum supervisors
• Participation in the School Wellness Advisory Council (Nurse Leader/Wellness Coordinator)
• Other relevant duties as assigned by the Assistant Superintendent
