About The Position

The Adolescent Unit at Sheppard Pratt's Baltimore/Washington Campus in Howard County is a safe and secure 17-bed inpatient unit specifically designed for adolescents ages 12-17. This role involves participating in the planning and evaluation of patient needs based on patient behaviors, providing direct patient care services in accordance with the treatment plan and under the direction of a professional nurse, and assisting in providing a safe and therapeutic environment according to established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED.
• Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
• All new clinical staff will begin their extended clinical orientation/training immediately following your first day of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Human Services related degree or past direct care or related experience strongly preferred.
