They assist with daily living activities, follow treatment plans, and help create a supportive, recovery-focused environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active and unrestricted driver's license required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• One year experience in mental health/human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and emotional support to residents in a structured, therapeutic environment.
• Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and document progress accurately.
