About The Position
Tryfacta is seeking a Mental Health Worker for our client in Concord, NH 03301. This is a temporary contract assignment. The position involves delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions in a psychiatric hospital setting. The role requires assisting in creating a safe and therapeutic environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, monitoring patients' well-being, engaging in therapeutic activities, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements
- BLS, either for the American Heart Association (AHA) OR the client
- Experience in a psychiatric hospital setting is preferred but not required
- The ideal candidate is someone working towards a psych degree
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions.
- Assist in creating a safe and therapeutic environment for patients in a psychiatric hospital setting.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
