In this role, you'll work directly with children, adolescents, and their families in their homes and communities, helping them develop the skills and support needed to thrive. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field
• One year of experience with children/adolescents
• Ability to work flexible, non-traditional hours
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Required clearances: FBI Fingerprint Clearance, PA State Criminal Clearance, Child Abuse Background Clearance, ACT 31 Mandated Reporter Training

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, teens, and families facing emotional and behavioral challenges.
• As part of a supportive two-person treatment team, help families build stronger relationships, improve communication, and achieve lasting success.
• Support families when they need it most while maintaining work-life balance.
• Work directly with children, adolescents, and their families in their homes and communities, helping them develop the skills and support needed to thrive.
