About The Position

Do you thrive in a team-oriented, person-centered environment? We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and flexible individuals to join our Residential Services team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with mental health challenges in a home-like setting. You’ll build meaningful relationships, help residents with daily living skills, and contribute to a supportive and empowering environment. Located in a beautifully renovated barn in Warminster, the BARN is a licensed mental health residential program where residents choose to live and actively pursue their recovery and rehabilitation goals. We currently have full-time roles available, working Monday - Friday 4pm - 12am

Requirements

High School Diploma required
Valid driver’s license
Strong computer and organizational skills
Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (with or without accommodation)

Nice To Haves

Educational background in psychology, social work, or related fields preferred
Experience in mental health, healthcare or caregiving (personal or professional) strongly preferred
Team player mentality
Ability to adapt and stay calm in unpredictable situations
Motivated by purpose and desire to work in a mission driven environment

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to residents in their daily routines, including hygiene, meals, and medication management
Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
Engage residents in recreational and therapeutic activities
Document resident interactions and progress using electronic health records
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed practices
