About The Position

The Mental Health Urgent Care Center Director oversees a 24/7 drop-in center for ages 12 and up and a child and youth residential program. Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of peer support, crisis intervention and support, care coordination, and child/youth residential services. We are seeking a mental health professional who shares our passion for supporting individuals throughout our community.

Requirements

• Clinical master’s degree, 5 years of relevant experience, and 2 years in a leadership role OR Certification in Peer Support in VT, 5 years of peer support experience, and 2 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• 2 years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of the VT mental health system of care
• Extensive knowledge of peer support, crisis intervention and support, care coordination, and child/youth residential services.
