Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office.

Requirements

Must hold one of the following licenses: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule.
Ability to provide telehealth services.
Willingness to work full-time or part-time.

Nice To Haves

Experience with evidence-based, medically driven treatment services.
Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient therapy services.
Offer telehealth services from a home office.
Participate in weekly case consultations.
Receive or provide supervision (for LCSW/LICSW and MHC/LMHC credentials).
