Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office.

Requirements

LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT license.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule.
Willingness to provide telehealth services.
Willingness to work full-time or part-time.
