About The Position

Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking compassionate, skilled, and client-centered Mental Health Therapists to join our growing behavioral health team. This role offers a flexible opportunity to make a meaningful impact while serving individuals and families throughout New Jersey. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you'll provide therapy services through a combination of telehealth and onsite services at partner community locations and adult day care centers, collaborating with psychiatric providers and fellow behavioral health professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Compensation is based on licensure level, credentials, experience, and clinical expertise.

Requirements

Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including: LCSW, LSW, MSW, LPC, LAC
Other qualified behavioral health licenses recognized by the State of New Jersey

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services
Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care
Support clients in developing healthy coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and wellness goals
Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate
Collaborate with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary team members
Participate in case consultations and treatment planning discussions
Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources
Support continuity of care and patient advocacy
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Maintain treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and professional standards
Follow organizational policies and clinical best practices
