Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LSW/LPC/LAC/MSW)
About The Position
Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking compassionate, skilled, and client-centered Mental Health Therapists to join our growing behavioral health team. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide therapy services through a combination of telehealth and onsite services at partner community locations and adult day care centers while collaborating with psychiatric providers and fellow behavioral health professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including: LCSW, LSW, MSW, LPC, LAC
- Other qualified behavioral health licenses recognized by the State of New Jersey

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services
- Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care
- Support clients in developing healthy coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and wellness goals
- Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in case consultations and treatment planning discussions
- Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources
- Support continuity of care and patient advocacy
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Maintain treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and professional standards
- Follow organizational policies and clinical best practices
