At Chestnut Ridge Counseling Services, Inc., we’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team—a multidisciplinary powerhouse changing lives every day. 💡 Why ACT? ACT is not your typical outpatient program. It’s a highly personalized, team-based approach that brings mental health care directly to adults in their homes and communities. Our mission? To reduce symptoms, prevent hospitalizations, and empower individuals to live independently with dignity and purpose. 👥 What You’ll Be a Part Of: A tight-knit team of psychiatrists, nurses, addiction counselors, vocational and housing specialists, and other master’s and bachelor’s level clinicians. Daily team huddles to review client progress, coordinate care, and celebrate wins. A supportive leadership structure that values your voice and clinical expertise. 🛠 What You’ll Do: Provide individual and group therapy in community settings. Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support for clients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, wraparound care.
