Brightways Counseling Group, with locations across Oregon, is seeking dedicated Clinicians to join our team. Requirements

  • Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
  • License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
  • Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults.
  • A background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check.

Responsibilities

  • Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the company and its leadership positively and professionally.

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: Compensation is based on billable services rendered. Earning potential is based upon clinicians who work for us. Brightways clinicians make from $76,032 to $120,960 per year (working 4 or 5 days per week). Income depends on your ability to engage with clients and the clients desire to continue to see you as their therapist as well as how many clients you schedule in your calendar. Your earning potential is up to you.
  • Guaranteed Onboarding Support: As you transition into Brightways, your schedule will fill over your first several weeks. During your first six weeks, you'll earn compensation under our standard compensation model for clients you see, while Brightways supplements your earnings so you can confidently build your caseload with the peace of mind of a guaranteed minimum of $1500 per week during your onboarding period.
