About The Position

Join Embark’s Stabilization and Assessment Program in Hurricane, Utah. As a therapist, you’ll work with highly acute adolescent boys (ages 12–17) and their families through short‑term stabilization and in‑depth assessment. You’ll be part of a collaborative, mission‑driven team that combines clinical excellence with genuine connection, helping teens and families move toward healing and lasting change.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline required.
• Fully licensed: LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC.
• Associate licensed: CSW, AMFT, ACMHC.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI number.
• Ability to pass a state background check.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years in residential or youth treatment
• Experience with systemic, relational, or experiential modalities.

Responsibilities

• Hold 3–4 clients to support deep therapeutic relationships and consistent clinical engagement.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using DBT, TF‑CBT, ACT, Smart Recovery, and Seeking Safety.
• Partner with families, schools, and providers to implement, monitor, and adjust individualized support plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation, track clinical progress, and ensure clients receive needed services and interventions.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, educators, and program staff to align treatment goals and daily care.
• Complete timely, compliant clinical records that reflect treatment plans, interventions, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead clients through discharge planning, coordinate aftercare resources, and ensure continuity of support.
• Build trust with adolescents through consistent boundaries, compassion, and authentic connection.
