About The Position

Come join one of the fastest-growing outpatient mental health practices in Montgomery County, MD! This position is flexible remote, meaning some in person and some through Telehealth. We have immediate openings for LGPC LMSW therapists. We offer guaranteed pay for the initial 4 weeks as you ramp your caseload, an active patient waiting list waiting to be assigned to therapist, and clinical supervision by MD state-licensed LCPC and LCSW-C at no cost to you. This role allows for the ability to provide different types of therapy (individual, group, play, etc.) and we have a wide variety of patients for great exposure to new clinical experiences. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
  • Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
