This position offers a $2,000 (1 year stay-on agreement) or $4,000 (2 year stay-on agreement) Sign On Bonus with the agency, provided upon completion of a probationary period. Under the supervision of the Family Guidance Service Coordinator, this therapist is a member of a large, team-oriented, intensive family intervention unit that works with children who have a Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and their families. Services include family therapy, individual therapy, and case management in family homes and community locations for a caseload of between 12-15. The position includes many opportunities for rich training and potential opportunities to train in a variety of evidenced based treatments while receiving weekly supervision, participating in engaging clinical teams and working in a strength-based culture that values wellness, creativity and intensity. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/sub-unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies and procedures.
