About The Position

We are a movement dedicated to removing barriers to care and empowering both teens and adults to thrive emotionally and mentally. We partner with over 60 school districts and Kaiser Permanente, reaching more than one million students nationwide, and have expanded to serve adults. We are actively growing our clinician network across the Riverside region and are seeking local licensed clinicians ready to make an impact — fully remotely, on their own schedule. Our clinicians enjoy the stability of consistent referrals and a meaningful, diverse caseload, allowing you to focus on what matters most: making a real difference in people's lives, at every stage. We are seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy throughout California to a caseload primarily made up of youth ages 11–24, with the opportunity to also serve adult clients ages 18–60. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help clients thrive.

Requirements

Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
Passion for mental health across the lifespan; demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive, equitable care
Experience working with teens and youth ages 11–24 in clinical or school settings
Comfortable with telehealth; experience providing telehealth services
Fully licensed clinicians only; associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible.

Responsibilities

Foster strong, supportive relationships with clients across age groups to create a safe therapeutic environment
Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy primarily to clients ages 11–24 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions, with the opportunity to also serve adult clients ages 18–60
Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers of younger clients

Caseload minimum: 5 sessions/week, with no cap — we match and book initial sessions into your set availability; you handle recurring sessions on your own schedule
