About The Position

Join Daybreak Health's mission to make quality mental healthcare accessible to every young person and family who needs it. Daybreak Health partners with over 60 school districts and Kaiser Permanente, reaching more than one million students nationwide, and has now expanded to serve adults. They are actively growing their clinician network across the San Bernardino region and are seeking local licensed clinicians ready to make an impact — fully remotely, on their own schedule. Clinicians enjoy the stability of consistent referrals and a meaningful, diverse caseload, allowing them to focus on making a real difference in people's lives. The role involves providing teletherapy throughout California to a caseload primarily made up of youth ages 11–24, with the opportunity to also serve adult clients ages 18–60. Clinicians will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help clients thrive.

Requirements

Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
Passion for mental health across the lifespan; demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive, equitable care
Experience working with teens and youth ages 11–24 in clinical or school settings
Comfortable with telehealth; experience providing telehealth services
Fully licensed clinicians only; associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible.

Responsibilities

Foster strong, supportive relationships with clients across age groups to create a safe therapeutic environment
Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy primarily to clients ages 11–24 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions, with the opportunity to also serve adult clients ages 18–60
Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers of younger clients
