About The Position

K&I Healthcare Services, LLC, a CARF-accredited outpatient behavioral health provider serving clients across Baltimore, Waldorf, and Landover, Maryland, is hiring a Mental Health Therapist for its fee-for-service clinical team. The therapist provides individual, family, and group psychotherapy in a hybrid model combining in-office and telehealth sessions.

The role has weekly session and productivity expectations and requires compliance with CARF-accredited and Maryland Medicaid-compliant clinical documentation standards. Full-time clinicians must complete a minimum of 5–6 sessions per day and 28 sessions per week, with a maximum of 45 sessions weekly, and work in the office at least two days per week. Part-time clinicians must complete a minimum of 3–4 sessions per day and 16 sessions weekly, and work in the office at least one day per week.

Compensation is paid per session by CPT code and varies by service type and modality, ranging from $35 to $160 per session. Reduced rates apply if weekly session minimums are not met.

Requirements

• Hold an active, unrestricted Maryland clinical license in good standing; examples listed include LCSW-C, LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, or Licensed Psychologist. The posting advises confirming exact eligible license types before publication.
