About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in Tacoma, Washington, to provide outpatient mental healthcare in a clinical team setting. The company provides in-person care at its clinics and telemedicine services, serving children, adolescents, and adults. Therapists may work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations and provide individual and/or couples therapy. The role offers part-time and full-time options, a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility, and flexible scheduling. Compensation is based on productivity, with an uncapped earning potential.
Requirements
- Hold a full Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW).
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to adults and/or children and adolescents.
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy.
- Contribute to the clinical team and deliver patient care.
