About The Position

Two Chairs is hiring an independently licensed therapist to provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients in Illinois. Clinicians use modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI, and use client progress data to guide treatment and adjust their approach. The role includes ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments, collaboration with other mental health providers when needed, and referrals when appropriate. All documentation must be completed, signed, and locked in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact. The therapist maintains a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week and commits to 8–24 total hours of weekly availability, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST. Approximately 85% of total work time is dedicated to direct client care. The therapist is also available for manager check-ins: one hour per week during the first six weeks, then 30 minutes per month.

Requirements

Hold an independent Illinois license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
Have at least 2 years of clinical experience with adults aged 18 and older.
Have at least 6 months of teletherapy experience.
Demonstrate proficiency with clinical assessments, such as PHQ-9.
Be comfortable using EHR systems.
Commit to 8–24 hours of weekly availability Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST.

Responsibilities
