About The Position
Partnership Health Center (PHC), part of the Integrity Health System, is an innovative facility dedicated to health excellence. Each center serves a specific employer and their employees, combining on-site primary care with fitness and wellness counseling. With an emphasis on screenings, early intervention, and fitness counseling, PHC embodies the motto “Repair & Prevent.” This role is for a Mental Health Therapist who can independently counsel patients for substance abuse, depression, anxiety, stress, etc. The office is located in Williamsport, PA, and serves only the employees of Lycoming County. Onsite services include Family Medicine, X-ray, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, and Chiropractic services.
Requirements
- LCSW or LPC license in Pennsylvania
Responsibilities
- Independently counsel patients for substance abuse, depression, anxiety, stress, etc.
