Requirements

LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or license-eligible professional
Passion for working with children, adolescents, and families
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality behavioral healthcare

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
Help children and adolescents overcome emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges
Support students experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life stressors
Partner with families, schools, and community organizations to create lasting solutions
Develop treatment plans that promote meaningful outcomes
Empower students with the skills and confidence they need to succeed
