About The Position

Odyssey House is seeking a Full-Time Therapist for our ACT Program (Assertive Community Treatment). This role offers the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives and the community. Requirements

Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (CSWi, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, MFTi, AMFT, LMFT).
Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Understanding of trauma-informed care principles.
Eligible to work in the USA.
Adherence to Odyssey House mission, philosophy, and scope of service.
Adherence to Division of Human Services Code of Conduct and all other relevant service contract requirement standards.
Ensuring a safe environment for all clients and staff.
Pre-Employment Requirements: Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of required pre-employment screenings, which may include background checks, fingerprinting, applicable sex offender registry screenings for Adult Residential roles, and other position-related verifications. Roles requiring driving are subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review and valid Utah driver’s license.
