About The Position

Odyssey House is seeking a Full-Time Therapist for our ACT Program (Assertive Community Treatment). This role offers the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives and the community. Requirements

  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (CSWi, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, MFTi, AMFT, LMFT).
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Understanding of trauma-informed care principles.
  • Eligible to work in the USA.
  • Adherence to Odyssey House mission, philosophy, and scope of service.
  • Adherence to Division of Human Services Code of Conduct and all other relevant service contract requirement standards.
  • Ensuring a safe environment for all clients and staff.
  • Pre-Employment Requirements: Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of required pre-employment screenings, which may include background checks, fingerprinting, applicable sex offender registry screenings for Adult Residential roles, and other position-related verifications. Roles requiring driving are subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review and valid Utah driver’s license.
