About The Position

Zeeva is a therapist-owned and clinician-led mental health practice in Sherman Oaks dedicated to delivering premium, high-quality psychotherapy while remaining committed to accessibility, including Medi-Cal and Medicare populations. The practice emphasizes that excellence and humanity are interdependent and fosters a warm, connected team environment to produce strong clinical work. Their mission is to care for one another, bring light to the world, and advance trauma-informed, whole-person mental health. The role is differentiated by its focus on building something meaningful together, extending impact beyond licensure, and viewing supervision as sacred work. Zeeva aims to be a place where clinicians establish roots, build a future of excellence, and contribute long after licensure, rather than a temporary stop. The practice values clinicians who are excited about cases, bring diverse backgrounds and experiences, and share a standard for clinical rigor, honesty, and full engagement with clients.
