About The Position

We are hiring for: Mental Health Therapist / Crisis Center / $3,000 Sign-On Bonus. This position is a member of an interdisciplinary team that provides crisis assessment and referrals for individuals with behavioral health diagnosis or substance use disorders. RHA Health Services is in need of dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapists to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team, to provide services at our Behavioral Health Urgent Care center. In this dynamic role you will provide assessments, care and treatments for clients while adhering to RHA's standards of care. Additionally, you will work with a team providing a high level of patient care. Requirements

Preferred experience: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS, or relevant associate level license
Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance required
Crisis experience required
Complete criminal background check
Name checked in the registries (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
Drug testing
Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements
Proof of employment history or references (if required)
Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.

Responsibilities

Providing direct patient care to individuals with psychiatric disorders and substance use disorders in the crisis center
Ensuring the safety and well being of each patient
Supporting the maintenance of the therapeutic environment
Triage
Complete crisis assessment
Provide clinical recommendations and case management
Demonstrate de-escalation skills and solution focused approach
