Requirements
- Active Illinois licensure as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Experience or specialization in one or more of the following areas: Trauma and PTSD, Substance Use Disorders, Anger Management, Couples Therapy, Child and Adolescent Therapy, Family Therapy
- Bilingual or multilingual clinical services
Responsibilities
- Maintain a productive clinical caseload and provide ongoing therapeutic services.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, reassessments, and behavioral health screenings.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and appropriate clinical responses when needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
