Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
• Individual will be required to maintain applicable knowledge for multiple systems/applications that are customer/clinic-specific; training and retraining over the course of this individual's tenure to maintain expertise and know-how is a must. Day-to-day business processes may vary across different customers/clinics; this individual is expected to master all applicable business processes required for the clinic(s) assigned.
• Individual may be required to work at multiple clinics in a month, depending on business need; comfortable with constant change will be a determining factor for success. Scheduled assignments are not guaranteed; this individual will work a range of hours each week depending on assignment availability.
• A love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.
• The desire to work as a team with a diverse set of behavioral and physical health providers to ensure “Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing”.
• The understanding that to best serve patients in an ever-changing world, the most effective clinicians (social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists) must be able to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly.
• The desire to do the best work of your career while developing a self-care routine aligned with patient impact and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
• Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
• Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
• Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.
• Positively contribute to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients.
