About The Position
evolvedMD is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join their innovative and award-winning team. This role involves partnering with primary care providers to deliver whole-patient care, utilizing brief, structured intervention techniques and evidence-based psychosocial treatments. The therapist will leverage real-time data to drive positive patient outcomes and contribute to a collaborative clinical team focused on a new, innovative way to serve patients. Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.)
- An active license in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
- Proven commitment to patient impact and driving clinical outcomes, demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.
- Desire to work as a team with a diverse set of behavioral and physical health providers to ensure “Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing”.
- Understanding that to best serve patients in an ever-changing world, the most effective clinicians must be able to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly.
- Desire to do the best work of your career while developing a self-care routine aligned with patient impact and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
- Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
- Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.
- Positively contributes to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients.
