About The Position

evolvedMD is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join their innovative and award-winning team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional patient care through a collaborative approach with behavioral and physical health clinicians. The therapist will partner with primary care providers to offer whole-patient care, utilizing brief, structured intervention techniques and evidence-based psychosocial treatments. Leveraging real-time data to drive positive patient outcomes is a key aspect of this position, contributing to a new and innovative way to serve patients within a nationally renowned company.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.).
Active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
Proven experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.
Desire to work as a team with a diverse set of behavioral and physical health providers.
Understanding that clinicians must be able to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly.
Desire to do the best work of your career while developing a self-care routine aligned with patient impact and accountability.

Responsibilities

Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.
Positively contribute to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients.
