Two Chairs is seeking a part-time Mental Health Therapist to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients. The role involves maintaining a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST. Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments. The therapist will use data to drive effective treatment, collaborate with other mental health providers, and complete all documentation within 48 hours of client contact. Requirements

Independently Licensed in North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states (Two Chairs will cover the entire cost).
2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
6+ months of teletherapy experience.
Proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9).
Comfort with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week.
Commit to 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.
Dedicate approximately 85% of total time to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
Be available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during the first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month).
Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approach based on client progress.
Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
Complete, sign, and lock all documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
