About The Position

Wood Violet Recovery is a voluntary, residential, and electronics-friendly program that focuses on meeting clients where they are and fostering an environment that supports autonomy, real-world connection, and long-term recovery. We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our expanding behavioral health team. This role involves working with adults undergoing treatment for mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring diagnoses. The therapist will provide group and individual therapy, collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, and guide clients toward significant progress in their recovery. This position is well-suited for clinicians who thrive in a structured setting, value strong team collaboration, and are eager to make a substantial difference in clients' lives. Requirements

Active Wisconsin LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
1+ year experience working with individuals in behavioral health.
Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Provide individual counseling to clients in recovery and/or mental health treatment.
Participate in treatment planning and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team.
Lead therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
