About The Position

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is building a pipeline of qualified Mental Health Therapists for current and future opportunities. An immediate opening may not be available when an application is submitted; recruiting reviews applications as opportunities arise. The therapist will provide evidence-based mental health treatment to adults, spending approximately 50–65% of their time in direct patient care. Remaining time is allocated to documentation, treatment-team collaboration, and case management. The role includes individual and group psychotherapy, clinical assessments, person-centered treatment planning, and coordination with patients’ families and providers.
