Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care. Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy). Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
  • A love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.
  • The desire to work as a team with a diverse set of behavioral and physical health providers to ensure “Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing”.
  • The understanding that to best serve patients in an ever-changing world, the most effective clinicians must be able to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly.
  • The desire to do the best work of your career while developing a self-care routine aligned with patient impact and accountability.

Responsibilities
