About The Position

We are partnering with an established healthcare group in Everett, WA to place a direct hire Mental Health Therapist. This is a full-time, permanent onsite role offering stability, a supportive clinical environment, and long-term growth. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist holding one of the following credentials: LMHC, LICSW, or LCSWA . The therapist will provide services to individuals, families, or groups while supporting clients in achieving emotional and mental well-being.

Requirements

• Active Washington State license as LMHC, LICSW, or LCSWA
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience in behavioral health settings preferred (new grads with LCSWA encouraged to apply)

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy
• Conduct client assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards
