About The Position

Concerted Care Group is seeking skilled, compassionate therapists to join their team in Baltimore, MD. They specialize in comprehensive, evidence-based mental health treatment through a collaborative, interdisciplinary model. The role involves building strong therapeutic relationships, delivering high-quality treatment, leading therapy groups, facilitating individual and family sessions, and contributing to integrated treatment plans within their OTP, IOP, OP program.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment.
Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
Active independent licensure: LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC.
Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth.

Nice To Haves

EMDR experience is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.

Responsibilities

Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our OTP program.
Work in person at our Baltimore, MD location.
Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment.
Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care.
Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning.
Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate.
Demonstrate commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance and successful program completion.
Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
