About The Position

Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Mental Health Therapist Team Leader to be part of our Recovery Education Center (REC) Team. A newly hired Therapist/Behavioral Health Service Provider can receive a sign on bonus of up to $5,000.00, depending on the service agreement chosen. Service contracts are for 1, 2, or 3 years. The REC Team Leader oversees the implementation of the REC program, ensures integrity to the Recovery Education model, and provides leadership, consultation, direction and guidance to a team of clinicians and peer support specialists. As a clinician on the team, the Team Leader provides assessment, treatment, psychiatric rehabilitation, and support services to individuals with a broad range of mental health and substance use challenges, and assists in coordinating care across programs within our organization and also with other providers in the community. Disclaimer: This role requires flexibility to transport clients/patients to organization-sponsored services or resources that address their basic and clinical needs. Drivers transporting clients/patients or driving company vehicles are to be age 21 or greater. For those using their personal vehicles to transport clients/patients, a certificate of insurance is required demonstrating at least the minimum required NC auto liability insurance. Requirements

Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor Certification required
LCMHC-S or a different license that includes the certification of qualified supervisor
Ability to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop and implement viable treatment plans
Drivers transporting clients/patients or driving company vehicles are to be age 21 or greater
For those using their personal vehicles to transport clients/patients, a certificate of insurance is required demonstrating at least the minimum required NC auto liability insurance

Nice To Haves

2 years clinical social work experience preferred
Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred
Excellent listening and communication skills
Bilingual a plus
