About The Position

Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient therapy program serving individuals, typically age 65 and older, who experience depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging. This onsite position is based in Estherville, Iowa, and serves older adults ages 65 and above. The salary is up to $80,000 per year, based on licensure and experience.

The therapist or social worker collaborates with a small multidisciplinary team that includes a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator. The program primarily uses group therapy and also provides individual sessions, family therapy as needed, and local community education. The role includes developing and updating personalized treatment plans, maintaining Medicare-compliant documentation within designated timeframes, and completing other duties as assigned.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends or on-call duties. The employer describes clinical support that includes 24/7 access to online resources and a group curriculum toolkit, peer-to-peer training and support from experienced therapists and social workers, and training from former Senior Life Solutions employees. Requirements

• Hold a state-recognized license in social work or counseling; examples include LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, and LMSW.
• Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for patients.

Responsibilities
