About The Position
Blue Ridge Health is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join their Integrate Care Team in Hendersonville, NC. This role involves providing outpatient mental health treatment and services to patients in a clinic setting. The position requires interaction with provider agencies and referral sources, participation in team meetings, and offering education and support to the community. Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Required (fully or provisionally licensed or license eligible)
- Ability to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop and implement viable treatment plans
- Experience in individual and group therapy including recovery work
- Excellent listening and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- 2 years clinical work experience preferred
- LCAS or LCAS-A licensure a plus
- Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred
- Bilingual a plus
Responsibilities
- Providing outpatient mental health treatment/service to patients in the clinic setting.
- Interaction with provider agencies and referral sources.
- Participating in team meetings when appropriate and as requested.
- Offering education and support to the community.
- Transporting clients/patients to organization-sponsored services or resources that address their basic and clinical needs.
